Friday evening 16th of November, until now the motivation is ok. Having a few events on the calendar help for sure. After 6 weeks of preparation it was raceday on Saturday 8 of September. I have had a good training period in the weeks before Almere. At friday 3 of August we came back from our 3 1/2 weeks holiday in the USA and because the short period to Almere I started immediately. Week 32 -Decided to tri MD in Almere

Last weeks we had our summer holidays in the north east of the US. We started in NY city and then drove with our van from Escape Campervans from NY city to several Cities and National Parks. A lot happened since the last post. The days are getting longer and I hope that the weather and temperature will improve in a short time because we had quite a few cold weeks and even for next weekend we have a winter forecast.
