Garmin Coach Half Marathon Plan

You have to do something in these days of Covid. So I decided to give the Garmin Coach training plan for a half marathon a chance. I have done 6 of the 17 weeks already and my coach is confident about that I will reach my goal :-).

It is really easy to use. You define a goal (1 hour 46 minutes on the half marathon in my case), define how many and on which days you want to train, define your long run day and you are ready to go!

The first run is a benchmark run and from there you are managed by AI … you just have to execute.
